    SEADIP (Southeast Area Development & Improvement Plan)
      The City of Long Beach has begun the important task of updating the Southeast Area Development and
      Improvement Plan (SEADIP) and is urging everyone to get involved in this process. The SEADIP plan covers the
      area generally bounded by Seventh Street, Marina Stadium and the Orange County border.
