- Sign Ordinance Guide
A new Sign Ordinance was adopted by the City Council and went into effect on October 3, 2013. This new ordinance regulates all on-premise signs throughout the City.

- SEASIP (Southeast Area Development & Improvement Plan)
The City of Long Beach has begun a new effort to comprehensively review and update the project historically known as the Southeast Area Development and Improvement Plan (SEADIP), an area covering 1,500-acres of southeast Long Beach.
